Search Engine Optimization “SEO” is a paid service, conducted by an SEO professional. Even though Ameravant has a very good understanding of SEO, Ameravant makes no guarantees a website will rank high in the popular Search Engines, like Google.com, Bing.com or yahoo.com.
Ameravant’s commitment is to make sure the Client knows how to populate content in the site. That the Client understands the tools in Site Ninja CMS, and provide a basic understanding of how to add content to benefit from Search Engine Optimization.
The Site Ninja CMS was programmed with best practices for SEO in mind. If a Client follows the instructions, during training, and through other resources Ameravant provides, the site will be substantially optimized for its content.
What is covered in Client Training?
Documentation – Ameravant will create a Worksheet where they document the key information requested by Client. This information is then Emailed to the Client for future reference. Key information usually includes

SEO tips to maximize content for Search Engine Optimization
Step-by-step instructions on areas the Client feels they need more support
Review of each Module included in the website
Base Module training (Pages, Blog and People)
Pages Module – Learn how to add pages, edit pages, add images, place slideshows and image boxes on a page, add video to a page, how to use the Meta Title to create keywords in the URL (called perma-links), how to control what Blog articles are displayed on a page, etc.
Blog Module – Learn how to create new Blog articles, assign an article to an Author, attach documents to an article, create and assign Categories to an article, add keywords tagging to an article, etc. All modules in Site Ninja CMS use the same method for maintaining content, so if you learn one module you have the basis for updating content in all modules.
People Module – Learn now to Add Contacts, Login Users, add images to Contacts, assign Roles to Users so they have the ability to add content to the website, create Subscription Groups so people can be assigned to one or more groups (like newsletters), demonstrate how the Contact Us page will display public Subscription Groups (so visitors can self-subscribe to any public group), etc.
Newsletter Module – Learn how to create an Email/Newsletter, attached document and add images, use #NAME# to extract the Contacts name into the newsletter, review the auto-unsubscribe feature, etc.
Settings Module – This module helps you customize featured of other modules. You can customize the Thank You message that appears after a visitor completes the Contact Us form, customize the Email messages that is sent to the visitor after they complete the Contact Us form, rename the titles of the Blog, Events and Links modules. For example a Client can change the Blog menu title to “My Blog” or “Ninja Blog” or change the Events title to “Calendar”.
Custom Modules – Custom modules are unique to only one Client, so training will vary. All Custom modules are programmed to take advantage of Search Engine Optimization.
Assignement of a Support Representative – Often the person training will not be the Customer Service Manager, who is the 1st point of contact for future support.
